Set up your private 2-hour pasta-making class, which offers a relaxed and respectful environment to learn Tuscan culinary secrets. Enjoy your wonderful creations of three types of pasta for lunch for dinner, followed by tastings of 15 products including wine, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Through the assistance of a professional English-speaking chef, you will learn everything there is to know about fresh homemade pasta. Hotel pickup and drop-off is not included.

Choose from a midday or evening departure and meet your chef at the designated winery at either 12pm or 7pm.

Then, be shown into the kitchen and set about learning to make home-made pasta. Learn to knead, cut, roll, and fill ravioli, and how to mix, cut, and form dumplings, noodles, and other varieties.

The chefs’ recipes you follow are based on freshness, high-quality local ingredients, Italian traditions, and in-depth experience, so the dishes you’ll make will be quintessentially Italian. Throughout, you’ll get plenty of smiles and encouragement from your chef to make your class pleasant and enjoyable.

Your experience includes making three varieties of pasta dish for lunch or dinner — tortelli, ravioli, and carbonara — with your chef explaining the most technical aspects of preparation. Then, with your dishes ready, sit down to enjoy your wonderful creations.

You can expect to make a sample menu featuring:

  • Appetizer: Tuscan crostini, tomato crostini, sausage crostini
  • Main course: the three types of pasta you have prepared, together with their sauces
  • Dessert: Cantuccini biscuits with dessert wine

After your cooking class, enjoy a tour of the wine estate and tastings of 15 of the estate’s products, including new-release and vintage wines, olive oils, and balsamic vinegar:
